Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz, also known as pink quartz, is a type of quartz stone and is famously regarded as the gemstone of love. It is also referred to as "rose quartz," "furu stone," or "rose crystal." Rose quartz has a delicate texture and exhibits a pink color due to trace amounts of titanium. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause it to lose its original soft hue, and a common method of artificial processing is dyeing. Pure quartz can allow certain wavelengths of ultraviolet, visible light, and infrared light to pass through, exhibiting properties such as optical activity, piezoelectricity, and electrostriction. The transparency of rose quartz can range from opaque to translucent to transparent, but very clear and bright natural crystals are referred to as "starlight rose quartz."
